{"data":{"id":"us/23-cfr-950.9","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"23 CFR 950.9","heading":"Enforcement.","body":"(a) The tolling authority of any facility operating pursuant to authority under a 1604 toll program shall be suspended in the event the relevant toll agency is not in compliance with this part within six (6) months of receiving a written notice of non-compliance from FHWA.
