The Section 184 Program has two types of Lender Applicant approvals:\n(1) Lender Applicants deemed approved by statute, as described in § 1005.203; or\n(2) Lender Applicants required to obtain secretarial approval under § 1005.205.\n(b) Lender Applicant participation.
