An owner requesting contract renewal under this part must submit to HUD or HUD's designee, at least 120 days before the termination or expiration date of any project-based assistance contract, all documents or information prescribed by HUD.\n(b) Subsequent renewals. A contract that was initially renewed under MAHRA will be renewed at the owner's request under any renewal option for which the project is eligible.
