{"data":{"id":"us/25-cfr-15.502","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"25 CFR 15.502","heading":"Who owns the records associated with this part?","body":"(a) The United States owns the records associated with this part if:\n(1) They are evidence of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, operations, or other activities undertaken in the performance of a federal trust function under this part; and\n(2) They are either:\n(i) Made by or on behalf of the United States; or\n(ii) Made or received by a tribe or tribal organization in the conduct of a Federal trust function under this part, including the operation of a trust program under Pub.
