See § 170.5.\n(d) Average Daily Traffic (ADT) documentation.\n(e) A typical or representative section photo or bridge profile photo.\n(f) Incidental cost verification.\n(g) Acknowledgement of Public Authority responsibility.\n(h) For proposed roads, see § 170.443 for additional required attachments.
