{"data":{"id":"us/25-cfr-273.157","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"25 CFR 273.157","heading":"What is the process for requesting technical assistance and/or training?","body":"(a) Existing contracting parties may request technical assistance and/or training by addressing the request in writing to the BIE Director.\n(b) The BIE Director, or designee, will acknowledge receipt of a request for technical assistance and/or training.\n(c) No later than 30 days after receiving the original request, the BIE Director will identify a point of contact and begin the process of providing technical assistance and/or training.
