{"data":{"id":"us/25-cfr-514.14","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"25 CFR 514.14","heading":"What happens if the fees imposed exceed the statutory maximum or if the Commission does not expend the full amount of fees collected in a fiscal year?","body":"(a) The total amount of all fees imposed during any fiscal year shall not exceed the statutory maximum imposed by Congress.
