{"data":{"id":"us/27-cfr-19.147","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"27 CFR 19.147","heading":"Notice of discontinuance of operations.","body":"If the proprietor plans to permanently discontinue one or more of the operations listed on the notice of registration filed under subpart D of this part, the proprietor must notify the appropriate TTB officer by filing form TTB F 5110.41, Registration of Distilled Spirits Plant, to show discontinuance of operations. The proprietor must submit the following with TTB F 5110.41:\n(a) The permit covering each discontinued operation;\n(b) A written request for cancellation of the permit(s);\n(c) A written statement indicating whether or not—\n(1) The proprietor has lawfully disposed of all spirits, denatured spirits, articles, wines, liquor bottles, and other pertinent items;\n(2) There are any spirits, denatured spirits, wines, or liquor bottles in transit to the premises; and\n(3) The proprietor has secured and returned to the appropriate TTB officer for cancellation all approved applications for transfer of spirits and denatured spirits to the premises; and\n(d) A final monthly operations report, as provided for under § 19.632, for each discontinued operation, with each report marked “Final Report.”","path":["Title 27—Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms","CHAPTER I—ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO TAX AND TRADE BUREAU, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY","SUBCHAPTER A—ALCOHOL","PART 19—DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANTS","Subpart E—Changes to Registrations and Permits"],"source_url":"https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2026-08-25/title-27.xml","current_through":"2026-08-25","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T02:25:11Z","sha256":"0d5b3751385e1a43ab1628f92d034f430d7ea956e18fc56c8cff3b34f20a137f","source_id":"us-cfr","stale":true,"prev":"us/27-cfr-19.144","next":"us/27-cfr-19.151"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
