However, if a bottling or packing trade name is listed on a basic permit issued to the proprietor under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act (49 Stat 978; 27 U.S.C. 204), that trade name is not required to be listed again on the application. If State or local law requires the registration of a trade name, the applicant shall certify that each trade name listed on the application is so registered.
