{"data":{"id":"us/27-cfr-8.22","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"27 CFR 8.22","heading":"Contracts to purchase distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages.","body":"Any contract or agreement, written or unwritten, which has the effect of requiring the retailer to purchase distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages from the industry member beyond a single sales transaction is prohibited.
