{"data":{"id":"us/28-cfr-802.2","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"28 CFR 802.2","heading":"Purpose and scope.","body":"(a) The purpose of this subpart is to establish procedures for the release of records in the custody, possession or control of the Agency pursuant to the provisions of the FOIA as amended by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 (Pub.
