For purposes of this subpart, the definitions and grant conditions in 42 U.S.C. 13925 apply.\n(b) Unit of local government. For the purpose of this subpart, a unit of local government is any city, county, township, town, borough, parish, village, or other general purpose political subdivision of a State.
