{"data":{"id":"us/28-cfr-94.51","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"28 CFR 94.51","heading":"Request for reconsideration.","body":"A victim or representative may, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the determination under § 94.24, appeal the same to the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Justice Programs, by submitting a written request for review. The Assistant Attorney General may conduct a review and make a determination based on the material submitted with the initial application, or may request additional documentation in order to conduct a more thorough review.
