{"data":{"id":"us/29-cfr-1601.6","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"29 CFR 1601.6","heading":"Submission of information.","body":"(a) The Commission shall receive information concerning alleged violations of title VII, the ADA, GINA, or the PWFA from any person. Where the information discloses that a person is entitled to file a charge with the Commission, the appropriate office shall render assistance in the filing of a charge. Any person or organization may request the issuance of a Commissioner charge for an inquiry into individual or systematic discrimination.
