For Indian gas valuation, under certain conditions under § 1206.172 of this chapter, lessees must submit the following forms:\n(1) Form ONRR-4410, Accounting for Comparison (Dual Accounting), Part A or part B; and/or\n(2) Form ONRR-4411, Safety Net Report.\n(b) Reporting options. You must submit Forms ONRR-4410 and ONRR-4411 manually. You may find the forms at http://www.onrr.gov/FM/Forms/AFSOil_Gas.htm or from contacts listed on that Web page.\n(c) Reporting address. You must submit completed Forms ONRR-4410 and ONRR-4411 by:\n(1) U.S. Postal Service regular or express mail addressed to Office of Natural Resources Revenue, P.O.
