{"data":{"id":"us/30-cfr-250.1402","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"30 CFR 250.1402","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Terms used in this subpart have the following meaning:\nCase file means a BSEE document file containing information and the record of evidence related to the alleged violation.\nCivil penalty means a fine.
