You are subject to the penalty provisions of section 24 of the Act (43 U.S.C. 1350) and the procedures contained in 30 CFR part 550, subpart N for noncompliance with:\n(1) Any provision of the Act;\n(2) Any provisions of a G\u0026G or drilling permit; or\n(3) Any regulation or order issued under the Act.\n(b) Penalties under other laws and regulations.
