In order to receive a grant to administer and enforce a State program, the State must have an approved State regulatory program.\n(b) Designation of a State agency. In order to receive a grant to administer and enforce a State program, the Governor must designate a single agency to receive and administer administration and enforcement grants, including cooperative agreement grants described in § 735.16 of this part.\n(c) Nondiscrimination.
