From $5,000 to $30,000 depending upon the issue date.\n(b) Special limitation for gifts to exempt organizations under 26 CFR 1.501(c)(3)-1. $200,000 for bonds received as gifts by an organization which at the time of purchase was an exempt organization under the terms of 26 CFR 1.501(c)(3)-1.\n(c) Exchange pursuant to 31 CFR part 339.
