{"data":{"id":"us/32-cfr-1639.7","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"32 CFR 1639.7","heading":"Types of decisions.","body":"(a) A board may grant a classification into Class 2-D until the end of the academic school year.\n(b) Upon the expiration of a 2-D classification, a board shall review any request for extension of the classification in the same manner as the first request for Class 2-D.
