{"data":{"id":"us/32-cfr-200.1510","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"32 CFR 200.1510","heading":"Failure to request a hearing.","body":"If the respondent does not request a hearing within 60 days after the notice prescribed by § 200.1500(a) is received, as determined by § 200.2002(c), by the respondent, the DHA may impose the proposed penalty and assessment, or any less severe penalty and assessment. The DHA shall notify the respondent in any manner authorized by Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure of any penalty and assessment that have been imposed and of the means by which the respondent may satisfy the judgment.
