{"data":{"id":"us/32-cfr-2402.11","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"32 CFR 2402.11","heading":"Maintenance of statistics.","body":"(a) OSTP shall maintain records sufficient to allow accurate reporting of FOIA processing statistics, as required under 5 U.S.C. 552(e) and all guidelines for the preparation of annual FOIA reports issued by the Department of Justice.\n(b) OSTP shall annually, on or before February 1 of each year, prepare and submit to the Attorney General an annual report compiling the statistics maintained in accordance with paragraph (a) of this section for the previous fiscal year.
