Because an organization does not have to redesign its systems to accommodate award-to-award variations in these requirements, a TIA that you award may differ from other TIAs in the non-systemic requirements that it specifies for a given participant, based on the circumstances of the particular research project. To eliminate needless administrative complexity, you should handle some non-systemic requirements, such as the payment method, in a uniform way for the agreement as a whole.","path":["Title 32—National Defense","Subtitle A—Department of Defense","CHAPTER I—OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE","SUBCHAPTER C—DoD GRANT AND AGREEMENT REGULATIONS","PART 37—TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT AGREEMENTS","Subpart G—Award Terms Related to Other Administrative Matters"],"source_url":"https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2026-08-25/title-32.xml","current_through":"2026-08-25","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T02:25:30Z","sha256":"de29a7379102b10f92b26b11180c878cb56a767aeeae521465205108e85cb75a","source_id":"us-cfr","stale":true,"prev":"us/32-cfr-37.710","next":"us/32-cfr-37.805"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
