{"data":{"id":"us/33-cfr-125.17","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"33 CFR 125.17","heading":"Persons eligible for Coast Guard Port Security Cards.","body":"(a) Only the following persons may be issued Coast Guard Port Security Cards:\n(1) Persons regularly employed on vessels or on waterfront facilities.\n(2) Persons having regular public or private business connected with the operation, maintenance, or administration of vessels, their cargoes, or waterfront facilities.\n(b) A holder of a Merchant Mariner's Document shall not be issued a Port Security Card, unless his Merchant Mariner's Document is surrendered to the Coast Guard.
