{"data":{"id":"us/33-cfr-155.5060","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"33 CFR 155.5060","heading":"Exercises.","body":"(a) For nontank vessels with an oil capacity of 250 barrels or greater—\n(1) A vessel owner or operator required by § 155.5035 to have a vessel response plan (VRP) must conduct exercises as necessary to ensure that the VRP will function in an emergency.
