{"data":{"id":"us/33-cfr-165.3","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"33 CFR 165.3","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following definitions apply to this part:\nCredential means any or all of the following:\n(1) Merchant mariner's document.\n(2) Merchant mariner's license.\n(3) STCW endorsement.\n(4) Certificate of registry.\n(5) Merchant mariner credential.\nMerchant mariner credential or MMC means the credential issued by the Coast Guard under 46 CFR part 10.
