The following area is a regulated navigation area: All waters of the Galveston Channel within the area from Latitude 29°20′19″ N, Longitude 094°46′36″ W, east to Latitude 29°20′06″ N, Longitude 094°46′15″ W, south to Latitude 29°19′47″ N, Longitude 094°46′27″ W, west to Latitude 29°19′51″ N, Longitude 094°46′45″ W, and north to Latitude 29°20′19″ N, Longitude 094°46′36″ W.\n(b) Regulations.
