{"data":{"id":"us/33-cfr-52.2","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"33 CFR 52.2","heading":"Authority.","body":"(a) The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through boards of civilians, is authorized to correct any military record of the Coast Guard when the Secretary considers it necessary to correct an error or remove an injustice. 10 U.S.C. 1552.
