{"data":{"id":"us/33-u.s.c.-2330b","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"33 U.S.C. § 2330b","heading":"Fish hatcheries","body":"(a) In generalNotwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary may operate a fish hatchery for the purpose of restoring a population of fish species located in the region surrounding the fish hatchery that is listed as a threatened species or an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.) or a similar State law.
