{"data":{"id":"us/34-cfr-76.786","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"34 CFR 76.786","heading":"What entities are governed by this subpart?","body":"The regulations in this subpart apply to—\n(a) State educational agencies (SEAs) and local educational agencies (LEAs) that fund charter schools under a covered program, including SEAs and LEAs located in States that do not participate in the Department's Charter School State Entity Grant Program;\n(b) State agencies that are not SEAs, if they are responsible for administering a covered program.
