A certified butane producer must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.\n(b) Certification and designation. A certified butane producer must certify and designate the certified butane they produce under subpart K of this part.\n(c) PTDs. On each occasion when a certified butane producer transfers custody of or title to any certified butane, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.\n(d) Sampling, testing, and retention requirements.
