A certified pentane producer must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.\n(b) Registration. A certified pentane producer must register with EPA under subpart I of this part.\n(c) Reporting. A certified pentane producer must submit reports to EPA under subpart J of this part.\n(d) Certification and designation. A certified pentane producer must certify and designate the certified pentane they produce under subpart K of this part.\n(e) PTDs. On each occasion when a certified pentane producer transfers custody of or title to any certified pentane, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.\n(f) Sampling, testing, and retention requirements.
