A distributor, carrier, or reseller must comply with the applicable requirements of subparts C and D of this part.\n(b) Registration. A distributor or carrier must register with EPA under subpart I of this part if they are part of the 500 ppm LM diesel fuel distribution chain in a compliance plan submitted under § 1090.515(g).\n(c) PTDs.
