{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-125.88","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 125.88","heading":"As an owner or operator of a new facility, must I keep records and report?","body":"As an owner or operator of a new facility you are required to keep records and report information and data to the Director as follows:\n(a) You must keep records of all the data used to complete the permit application and show compliance with the requirements, any supplemental information developed under § 125.86, and any compliance monitoring data submitted under § 125.87, for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of permit issuance.
