NPDES permittees, facilities, and entities subject to this part must use quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure the quality of the NPDES information submitted in compliance with this part.\n(b) NPDES permittees, facilities, and entities subject to this part must electronically submit their NPDES information in compliance with the data quality requirements specified in § 127.14.
