{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-144.36","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 144.36","heading":"Duration of permits.","body":"(a) Permits for Class I and V wells shall be effective for a fixed term not to exceed 10 years. UIC permits for Class II and III wells shall be issued for a period up to the operating life of the facility. UIC permits for Class VI wells shall be issued for the operating life of the facility and the post-injection site care period.
