Tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide fluroxypyr 1-methylheptyl ester, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in table 1 to this paragraph (a). Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in table 1 to this paragraph (a) is to be determined by measuring only the sum of the free and conjugated forms of fluroxypyr 1-methylheptyl ester [1-methylheptyl 2-[(4-amino-3,5-dichloro-6-fluoro-2-pyridinyl)oxy]acetate] and its metabolite fluroxypyr [2-[(4-amino-3,5-dichloro-6-fluoro-2-pyridinyl)oxy]acetic acid] calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of fluroxypyr, in or on the commodity.\nTable 1 to Paragraph (a)\nCommodity Parts per million\nBarley, forage 12\nBarley, grain 0.5\nBarley, hay 20\nBarley, straw 12\nCattle, fat 0.1\nCattle, kidney 1.5\nCattle, meat byproducts 0.1\nCorn, field, forage 1\nCorn, field, grain 0.02\nCorn, field, stover 0.5\nCorn, sweet, forage 1\nCorn, sweet, kernel plus cob with husks removed 0.02\nCorn, sweet, stover 2\nFruit, pome, group 11 0.02\nGarlic, bulb 0.03\nGoat, fat 0.1\nGoat, kidney 1.5\nGoat, meat 0.1\nGoat, meat byproducts 0.1\nGrain, aspirated fractions 0.6\nGrass, forage, fodder and hay, group 17, forage 120\nGrass, forage, fodder and hay, group 17, hay 160\nHog, fat 0.1\nHog, kidney 1.5\nHog, meat 0.1\nHog, meat byproducts 0.1\nHorse, fat 0.1\nHorse, kidney 1.5\nHorse, meat 0.1\nHorse, meat byproducts 0.1\nMilk 0.3\nMillet, forage 12\nMillet, grain 0.5\nMillet, hay 20\nMillet, proso, straw 12\nOat, forage 12\nOat, grain 0.5\nOat, hay 20\nOat, straw 12\nOnion, bulb 0.03\nRice, bran 3\nRice, grain 1.5\nShallot, bulb 0.03\nSheep, fat 0.1\nSheep, kidney 1.5\nSheep, meat 0.1\nSheep, meat byproducts 0.1\nSorghum, grain, forage 2\nSorghum, grain, grain 0.02\nSorghum, grain, stover 4\nTeff, forage 12\nTeff, grain 0.5\nTeff, hay 20\nTeff, straw 12\nWheat, forage 12\nWheat, grain 0.5\nWheat, hay 20\nWheat, straw 12\n(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions.
