Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in Table 1 to this section is to be determined by measuring only inpyrfluxam (3-(difluoromethyl)-N-[(3R)-2,3-dihydro-1,1,3-trimethyl-1H-inden-4-yl]-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide), in or on the following commodities:\nTable 1 to § 180.712\nCommodity Parts per million\nApple 0.01\nBeet, sugar, roots 0.01\nCorn, field, forage 0.02\nCorn, field, grain 0.01\nCorn, field, stover 0.02\nCorn, pop, grain 0.01\nCorn, pop, stover 0.02\nCorn, sweet, kernel plus cob with husks removed 0.01\nCorn, sweet, forage 0.02\nCorn, sweet, stover 0.02\nCotton, gin byproducts 0.02\nCotton, undelinted seed 0.01\nPeanut 0.01\nPeanut, hay 2\nRapeseed subgroup 20A 0.01\nRice, grain 0.01\nSoybean, seed 0.01\nWheat, forage 0.01\nWheat, grain 0.01\nWheat, hay 1.5\nWheat, straw 0.3\n(2) Tolerances are established for residues of inpyrfluxam, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in Table 2 to this section.
