Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in table 1 to this paragraph (a) is to be determined by measuring residues of metamitron (4-amino-3-methyl-6-phenyl-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one) in or on the following commodities:\nTable 1 to Paragraph (a)\nCommodity Parts per million\nApple 0.01\nPear 0.01\n(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide metamitron, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the specified agricultural commodities to table 1 to this paragraph (b), resulting from use of the pesticide pursuant to FIFRA section 18 emergency exemptions. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in table 1 to this paragraph (b) is to be determined by measuring residues of metamitron (4-amino-3-methyl-6-phenyl-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one) in or on the listed commodities.
