{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-205.57-4","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 205.57-4","heading":"-4 Testing procedures.","body":"(a) The manufacturer shall conduct one valid test in accordance with the test procedures specified in § 205.54 of this subpart for each vehicle selected for testing pursuant to this subpart.\n(b) No maintenance will be performed on test vehicles except as provided for by § 205.57-3. In the event a vehicle is unable to complete the emission test, the manufacturer may replace the vehicle. Any replacement vehicle will be a production vehicle of the same configuration as the replaced vehicle.
