The Regional Administrator shall promptly notify the Indian Tribe of receipt of the application.\n(b) The Regional Administrator shall follow the procedures described in § 233.15 in processing a Tribe's request to assume the 404 dredge and fill permit program.\n(c) The Regional Administrator shall follow the procedures for substantial program revisions described in § 233.16 in processing a Tribe's request to add additional geographic area(s) to its assumed 404 dredged or fill material permit program that would add reservation areas to the scope of its approved program.
