The availability to the public of information provided to or otherwise obtained by the Administrator under this part shall be governed by part 2 of this chapter.\n(b) Confidentiality. All confidential business information entitled to protection under section 114(c) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) that must be submitted or maintained by each regulated entity pursuant to this subpart shall be treated in accordance with 40 CFR part 2, subpart B.\n(c) Reports and Applications.
