{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-60.2985","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 60.2985","heading":"What if my state plan is not approvable?","body":"(a) If you do not submit an approvable state plan (or a negative declaration letter) that meets the requirements of this subpart by July 1, 2026, the EPA will develop a Federal plan according to § 60.27, to implement the emission guidelines contained in this subpart.\n(b) Owners and operators of incineration units not covered by an approved state plan must comply with the Federal plan.
