The sulfur content of the fuel must be determined using total sulfur methods described in § 60.4415. Alternatively, if the total sulfur content of the gaseous fuel during the most recent performance test was less than half the applicable limit, ASTM D4084-05, D4810-88 (Reapproved 1999), D5504-01, or D6228-98 (Reapproved 2003), or Gas Processors Association Standard 2377-86 (all of which are incorporated by reference, see § 60.17), which measure the major sulfur compounds, may be used.","path":["Title 40—Protection of Environment","CHAPTER I—ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY","SUBCHAPTER C—AIR PROGRAMS","PART 60—STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE FOR NEW STATIONARY SOURCES","Subpart KKKK—Standards of Performance for Stationary Combustion Turbines"],"source_url":"https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2026-08-25/title-40.xml","current_through":"2026-08-25","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T02:26:04Z","sha256":"b6edb70440686a28b676e890a978fdff4daed2d0000ef2b2b7781879f53e9691","source_id":"us-cfr","stale":true,"prev":"us/40-cfr-60.4355","next":"us/40-cfr-60.4365"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
