{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-60.5710b","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 60.5710b","heading":"b Am I affected by this subpart?","body":"(a) If you are the Governor of a State in the contiguous United States with one or more affected EGUs that must be addressed in your State plan as indicated in § 60.5845b, you must submit a State plan to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that implements the emission guidelines contained in this subpart.
