Complete the evaluation no later than 180 days after the date of the initial startup of the municipal waste combustor, as specified under § 60.8.\n(e) Follow Table 4 to Subpart VVVV to establish the procedures and test methods to determine compliance with the opacity limit in Table 2 to Subpart VVVV.
