{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-63.2981","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 63.2981","heading":"Does this subpart apply to me?","body":"You must comply with this subpart if you meet the criteria in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section:\n(a) You own or operate a drying and curing oven at a wet-formed fiberglass mat production facility.\n(b) Your drying and curing oven or the facility at which your drying and curing oven is located is a major source of hazardous air pollutants (HAP).
