{"data":{"id":"us/40-cfr-63.8030","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"40 CFR 63.8030","heading":"What requirements apply to my heat exchange systems?","body":"(a) You must comply with the requirements specified in Table 6 to this subpart that apply to your heat exchange systems, except as specified in paragraphs (b) through (e) of this section.\n(b) The phrase a chemical manufacturing process unit meeting the conditions of § 63.100(b)(1) through (b)(3) of this section in § 63.104(a) means the miscellaneous coating manufacturing operations defined in § 63.7985(b) for the purposes of this subpart.\n(c) The reference to § 63.100(c) in § 63.104(a) does not apply for the purposes of this subpart.\n(d) The reference to § 63.103(c)(1) in § 63.104(f)(1) does not apply.
