(1) The chemical substance identified as benzene ethenyl-, polymer with 1,3-butadiene, brominated (PMN P-10-476; CAS No. 1195978-93-8)) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.\n(2) The significant new uses are:\n(i) Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities. Requirements as specified in § 721.80(j) (manufacture by the method where the average number molecular weight is in the range of 1000 to 10,000 daltons, or where less than 5 percent of the particles are in the respirable range of 10 microns or less and the average number molecular weight is greater than or equal to 10,000 daltons).\n(ii) [Reserved]\n(b) Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.\n(1) Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (i) are applicable to manufacturers, and processors of this substance.\n(2) Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements.
