(1) The chemical substance identified as 4, 7-methano-1H-indene, 3a, 4, 7, 7a-tetrahydro-, polymer with 2-methyl-1, 3-butadiene and 5-(1-methylethenyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene (PMN P-13-192; CAS No. 1412159-51-3) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.\n(2) The significant new uses are:\n(i) Release to water. Requirements as specified in § 721.90(a)(4), (b)(4), and (c)(4) (N = 1).\n(ii) [Reserved]\n(b) Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.\n(1) Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (k) are applicable to manufacturers and processors of this substance.\n(2) Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements.
